Pros

Multiple opportunities to learn new things.

Cons

Work takes precidence over family. While most salaried positions offer times of lighter hours to accompany times of heavier hours, these do not. 50 hours is a light week and don't ever expect to put in just 40.

Good co-workers, fair benefits, fair compensation, use of technology, and BIM.

Cons

The company's niche was the education sector and lacks experience in other sectors. If you have expertise in healthcare, waste water this is not the place for you because the western San Diego office does not have expertise in these sectors. If they want to hire you for the expertise do not budge on salary requirements and expect long hours, no work life balance.
