      A paycheck Not much travel Annual golf tournament Everyone is equally unsatisfied

      -70-80 hour work weeks are typical -1.4% payraises -Motivates through fear -High turnover (30%-50% on Intel Projects), so you are constantly doing 2-3 peoples jobs during the constant cycle of replacing employees who quit -No leadership, constant confusion over who's in charge. -Extremely unprofessional (borderline racist) environment -Burning you out is their goal -Senior managment views you as a number -Extremely political environment -Zero transparency

      A pompous org with no room for growth or change

      Pros

      There are many events held all year long. The CEO is very friendly and attends all company events. It is a small office/company, which some people might like the benefits of working in.

      Cons

      Growth opportunties arent's just limited, they are non-existent. Jobs are often not even posted internally and the politics in applying for a new position make it not even worth it. Management has no concept of the cost of human capital and work life balance. They set schedules for new projects and even monthly deliverables with no regard for the employee or the hours it will take to reach a deadline. This company does not valuable its people. Additionally, the management needs training on how to perform performance reviews and just on how to lead. The culture here needs a major overhaul.

      Capable of securing big infrastructure projects

      Cons

      Good old boys club. Lot of favoritism. Management is set in their ways and nobody up the chain of command would do anything to even acknowledge the abuses of powers reported by many.
