Good work / life balance Company focused on employee engagement which made it an enjoyable work place Plenty of room for career advancement Fair compensation and really great 401K match and benefits package

-If your team is competent and capable, which mine is, it's bearable. If not, you're going to have a bad time. -Ample vacation and sick days to use. -Mostly laid-back environment.

Cons

-Management is atrocious. Everything is very hush-hush. The company is absolutely hemorrhaging employees. -It isn't easy to move up in position.
