Unfortunately, my employment was terminated due to performance concerns during my second week of training, despite assurances that my progress would be evaluated over the entire four-week period. Initially, it was communicated that my retention would be determined based on achieving an average score of 75% across four exams, one per week. When I requested additional time to showcase improvement, communication ceased abruptly, which I found unprofessional. While I recognize the at-will nature of employment, both the offer letter and onboarding process outlined a four-week training period with evaluations at its conclusion. Terminating my employment after only two weeks of training deviated from this agreement. I sincerely wouldn’t recommend anyone to this company as the culture and policy are not very humane.
