      Pros

      -paycheck arrives on time -Austin HQ office has air conditioning

      Cons

      -not so long ago this was a company that truly strived to do better and do right by their employees. countless acquisitions since, nearly every bit of culture has been eroded by the ever constant desire for profitability and power jockeying. -senior management is so WILDLY out of touch with what IS happening and what NEEDS to happen it is unbearable to work here. -people are regularly promoted with zero cause (other than being friends with their promoter). -HR repeatedly changes critical things like benefits, bonuses, vacation, etc. at the drop of a hat (i.e. in the last week of December with no notice) -priorities constantly changing based on which Vice President/Director/Manager is shouting the loudest -this company was once an example of how a profitable business could operate while providing social benefit (environmental). all of this has been lost and this company has turned into a corporate behemoth made up of 20 different companies/cultures/leadership teams that only care about their power.

      Yeesh, your experience sounds awful and certainly not what we want for our valued employees. While I can't verify all your claims, I can acknowledge that mistakes were made and leadership is actively working to improve communications for current employees. We wish you the best.

      Great for energy experience

      Pros

      Helping to influence change for the better in energy efficiency and sustainability Doing good for the world and believing in what we do and services we provide Smart, intelligent coworkers

      Cons

      Too many layers of leadership where top leaders are so disconnected from the business and the day to day they don't truly know the value of who they have on their teams If you're looking to have a Human Resources team that cares, you won't find it at CLEAResult. Zero strategic vision, not up to speed or relevant with the workforce in this day and age; completely unsupportive and unethical in how they treat employees Training? What training? As a recent new hiring manager, there has been zero support from the Human Resources and training teams to help make sure hiring managers have knowledge to be successful in managing teams and supporting their team members. They expect us to fly blindly. Show some compassion and care. Benefits- aren't as strong as they could be

      Not worth it

      Pros

      Nice facility in Austin and stocked break room is a plus. Decent benefits unless you have dependents. They have had some fun events on site. Receptionists were very helpful and some other very nice people.

      Cons

      Job is unstable due to layoffs. Your workload will keep climbing as your compensation stays the same. There's a lot of secrecy and drama in certain departments which causes low moral. Don't expect to be treated fairly unless you are close to someone of higher ranking (favoritism shows). HR department comes off as snooty to many people - don't expect issues to be resolved. Poor training and the feeling of working as a team just isn't there.
