Pros

Great place to work and great company culture. Management is well organized but pretty relaxed and flexible with your schedule and unexpected time off.

Cons

Starting pay isn't the best but they do yearly raises between 5 and 10 percent.

Worst job I had in my career

Pros

Some of the people are nice and while I was there, I got along with a handful of them. That's pretty much it for the positives.

Cons

It was a very suffocating environment. I constantly felt like I was walking on egg shells while I was there. Another reviewer already pointed out the fact that they make it seem like such an opportunistic place before starting, but once you're in, it's a different picture. While I was there, they experienced some severe internet issues where it would constantly go down, and the only people who really had a chance to work from home were the account managers. So when the internet went down, which it did frequently, you had to just wait it out and not get work done. I also felt that the management didn't care much for the employees and were really only there to collect a paycheck. The amount of gossip and bashing I heard go on about anyone and everyone was overwhelming. And if you didn't want to partake in the bash-fest, it felt like you were an outsider. The pay was not impressive at all and there weren't opportunities to grow. The best way I can describe the environment is - If you don't drink the kool-aid, don't expect job security. The CEO is also not well respected by the employees as I overhead lots of bashing of him behind his back. The relief of no longer working for a company like that is wonderful. My advice to anyone looking at applying or working here, please don't. Don't be fooled by the promise of opportunity because they really just want able bodies who are willing to do work, even if it's not great work, and to them, anyone is replaceable.

Pros

The people who work there are really great, everyone is super nice and friendly. The benefits are pretty good and the location of the office is good.

Cons

I am not even sure where to begin. This is the worst job I've ever had. The pay is awful and the comp plan isn't even close to industry standards. They promise you one thing and act like their culture is great when in reality it's just a cover. I think they put up a front because they are looking to sell the company. They will tell you how flexible they are with your working hours and such and then once you begin working it's a completely different story. They don't even review employees previous work experiences and will hire whoever is willing to take a job with such low pay. They don't even have office supplies, not even a printer. The management is pretty terrible, and the training is basically non existent and there is really no order to anything there. They favor employees who were in their old location and don't give new employees the same treatment. There are many other things I would say but for privacy purposes won't. Waste of your time and career.
