Pros

As it stands with the current situation of the company and offerings, I completely agree with the previous review posted on October 25, 2016 titled, "Not bad - but the potential to do better is obvious, which is frustrating." Truer words have never been spoken. For the most part, the people are great, but leadership is lacking in nurturing their employees. The term "helicoptering" pinpoints the exact description of what to expect in certain departments. Even to the extent of micro-managing.

Cons

This is a great company to start your entry level experience. However, if you want career growth, mentoring, and opportunities, you should look elsewhere. Micro-managing seems to be the norm here. It's concerning that they are creating other leaders to micromanage and act like that is how good leadership is. Finding good leadership at a company challenging. You may not find this here right now.

Pros

Your coworkers are great people .

Cons

ClickDimensions has been on a downward spiral for a while now. Leadership is disorganized and lacks clear direction, constantly making changes that don’t make sense or benefit the company. Morale is low, especially after multiple rounds of layoffs—four in the span of a year, which speaks volumes about their instability. The software itself is subpar, with functionality issues that are far too frequent. Customers and employees alike are left frustrated because the product simply doesn’t work most of the time. Rather than addressing these core problems, leadership seems more focused on surface-level changes that ultimately drive the company further downhill. I wouldn’t recommend this as a place to work unless you thrive in chaos and instability.

Pros

The other people you work with are great, and work as a team, for the most part.

Cons

Company has been reducing workforce. They did not rehire people as the turnover was tremendously high. Summer of 2024, let go about 20% workforce of very good people, cutting to the bone. You can imagine, this left those still working there with a huge amount of unmanageable workload. Upper management is inexperienced in the positions they were put in. They were hired by CEO, who brought almost all of them over from a previous company, PGE, where he worked. CEO not very charismatic. Very little career growth due to shrinking workforce.
