How the company markets itself to clients is not client-focused but only to benefit the company. Yes for-profit and totally agree, however if you are going to market your product as a monthly service offering then you have to have a monthly service offering. There is not. It is only an annual license regardless of the tomfoolery on the website. Take this into the integrity of the organization and you will see a culture of the same. Dont work here if you have any integrity

They sell you a dream during the interview process. They make the job description very abstract. HR gives multiple re assurances that you will be trained properly.

Cons

In adequate training. Promoting in fit leadership who bullies there employees. So I or swim attitude. Sorry they don’t pay that much...
