      Good location. Nice building. Some good people there besides management.

      Cons

      ANY review here with the word "GREAT" of "BEST" was faked. Manager desperately is trying to manipulate Glassdoor. Endless fake reviews here - they pretty easy to spot. This is not a great place to work because of the management. Everyone is under a lot of pressure and tons of threats going around. All they do is copy bidding projects from other websites - not much of a product.

      Pros

      It is a paycheck, sometimes. They have benefits but don't know how they work. Some people used to be nice.

      Cons

      IT is on call 24/7 and even rotation is a joke due to silos of responsibilities. They are currently looking to fire anyone they can and the skilled people have left or are looking to leave. Absolutely no training opportunities. Management will punish you for fixing a problem it the solution wasn't their idea. They haven't made their sales numbers and have gone off in directions that just don't make good sense, like only developing a mobile app for IOS but not Android. The offshore development to Epam who doesn't know the business so employees pay the price of trying to teach and manage them. Managers are poor or worse. They have even stopped critical systems upgrades due to budget problems.

      This used to be a great place to work where we were treated as "people not employees" (their exact words). This is total 180 flip in the last 2 years

      Cons

      There are constant layoffs going on every month now as the company downsizes. A team member got reprimanded for suggesting a change to make things better. This place is constantly requesting higher expectations with less people. I was supposed to have a 1 on 1 with my manager 3 months ago. I've brought it up multiple times and it has just been pushed off. Cross training and learning new skills doesn't exist here. People really want to hold their power (I assume because they're worried about getting axed next). Anybody technical has either left or been laid off. Management doesn't try to keep the talent, they only care about sales and numbers now for the last 2 years. If you're on salary, you will work more than 40 hrs a week.
