Pros

Not much. My co-workers are fun to work with, and the company attempts to do events like birthday parties and holiday potlucks. But no one participates because moral is so low.

Cons

Corporate culture is terrible. Employee moral is very low and people are planning to leave. No opportunity for career advancement. Managers are disrespectful, short-sighted and apathetic to employees. But if you're treated nicer you're their favorite. Sales teams still compete with each other for the same falling amount of leads- it's a survival of the fittest environment. As people leave, other employees are asked to take on the other person's role. You can have 1 person doing the job of 3, and not paid more.

Pros

Can't think of any pros worth mentioning as they would be far outweighed by the cons. If your interests are: - working hard for no growth opportunity nor incentives, - being subjected to hidden agendas by management, - poor health and wellness benefits, - selling your soul to an employer ... then best of luck to you working at this place as it's all here!

Cons

Very little opportunity for advancement, little-to-no merit increases, poor base pay and expensive benefits. Company maintains a fake "people first" policy and their goal to become a "best place to work." Culture is one of low morale and common distrust due to many rounds of layoffs and cost cutting. Former competing companies that have now merged on paper have not gotten anywhere close to merging their people into a team mentality.
