      There is a lot of problems with upper management. If they like you, your in good hands. If not, they'll make your life miserable.

      Pay check shows up. Has taught me exactly what I don't want from an employer.

      Cons

      Executive leadership is either oblivious or just does not care about the way employees are treated. Best comparison I can make for this company would be an abusive relationship. HR/Ethics complaints are ignored, and the biggest offenders get promotions. Company values are a joke. CEO touts them like they come first, but in reality, they don't matter. Nepotism is rampant throughout the company. Company is a SaaS and continues to cut IT staffing and replace with offshore contractors. Expects people to rate them as a "best place to work." Only award they should get is the "best place to quit."
