Pros

You develop close and beneficial relationships with co workers who are extremely helpful and the workload is quite easily manageable once you overcome the learning curve. Very flexible and understanding management as far as schedules and shifts.

Cons

Oftentimes Poor leadership contributes to scattered work ethic across teams, as well as financial shortcomings sometimes contributing to unsatisfactory compensation. Low advancement in opportunity.

Tight knit company and team. Product domain is interesting.

Cons

Pay - as low as they reasonably could go for Software Engineers given the market. Not a lot of opportunity for moving up. Company is highly reliant on it's new software product succeeding to stay afloat.

Flexibility in working location as long as tasks are being completed on time. Supportive of family environment. Staff that generally gets along without infighting or drama. Dog friendly office with a gym.

Cons

lack of interoffice communication, occasional redundant data logging.
