Pros

The culture at Elevate K-12 is by far one of it's greatest assets. The company seeks to hire "the best", of course, but they also have to be high performers, collaborative and want to be a team player. This is a huge difference to the other companies I have worked in. You have to be very open minded and be able to take feedback effectively and learn and grow here. Constant learning, adaptiveness and growth is very big at Elevate K-12. This environment is good for some but not good for many. As the company is growing we are seeing the focus on scaling with quality rather than growth at any cost. This is refreshing. The leadership wants to empower performers and make them leaders.

Pros

Teaching online has been so convenient. I get to work with smaller groups, so I can pay more attention to each student. When students understand new topics and actually start liking subjects that they didn’t like before, that’s very exciting! The Elevate K-12 team supports us really well with scheduling and their portal.

I'm currently teaching online with Elevate K-12 in my free time. It's a good way to get secondary income. The sessions and content are provided beforehand, so it makes my job easier.

Cons

Can't really think of any cons to be honest.
