Best Job I have Ever Had

March 26, 2019 I was hired to work for Therapy Brands. Since that time, there have been many changes to the organization. I have seen approximately four different iterations of this organization (from C-Suite changes to different support staff and everything in between). This place has gone from a cluster of siloed software companies to a branded house with impressive software systems that cater to behavioral and mental healthcare providers. I am grateful to be able to work from home. My income has consistently gone up (read that again - it is true) and best of all (this may sound corny) I get to help providers who take care of children on the spectrum so have fewer things to worry about - scheduling/billing/data collection. I have the best boss I have ever had in my 20+ year career and my team mates are fun and supportive and we are a real team! Over the years, I have read Glassdoor reviews for Therapy Brands and some are mean spirited - as my precious Mother said to me over and over when I was little, "If you look for problems long enough you will find them. But if you look for solutions and support long enough you will find them too." I love Therapy Brands - I stay here because I believe in what we are doing here.

Cons

Stop changing C-Level folks... the ones in place right now are the BEST in the history of Therapy Brands, for real.
