A total waste of time

Pros

Sundays off in some locations. On slow days you have time to catch up on school work even though its frowned upon. A uniform to take the guess work out of picking an outfit.

Cons

The pay really sucks even if you have expierience in that field. Customers can be beyond rude to the point of abuse. Store managers are often children. Area supervisors play mind games and often hold your job above your head to control you. The list can go on forever..

Pros

good working anvironment. about 7 work staff. good discounts on stuff after like a week of sitting on the shelf.

Cons

can not call in for aything.() have to be here all the time. (if full time) no overtime at all.

Pros

The non senior management co workers were the best thing about Cash America. During my time there I met many wonderful people.

Cons

It seems as if the senior management has abandoned the core values which once made Cash America a wonderful place to work. Management appears to be focused more on the bottom line and less on the dedicated employees that have worked hard to help the company attain the status it has today. Once upon a time the Cash America's management team showed genuine concern about its employees through there actions. Employee morale throughout the company is the lowest its ever been.
