Pros

The First Command culture surpasses that of any other workplace I've experienced. The home office campus is beautiful, making it an inviting place to work. Senior leadership takes the time to ensure that you have the resources needed to do your job, and they encourage you to reach out if you need their help. Pay and benefits are excellent.

Cons

Insurance is not active until after the first 90 days of employment.

Coverage for you and your eligible dependents becomes effective on the first day of the calendar month coincident with or after 60 days of employment, following classification as a Regular Full-Time or eligible Part-Time employee.
