      The interview process was very easy. Training was extensive. Customers were interesting

      Cons

      Everything else. Schedule was constantly changing. Bonus criteria was constantly changing. Management did not advocate for their employment. Several were in unethical matters.

      great coworkers and direct management, solid training

      Cons

      call centers, at least in the US are constantly under threat of closure or loss of contract. Don't make long term plans, unless you are beyond entry level (even then it's dicey). You're probably going to get laid off.

      Pros

      Based on current management strategy, I don't anticipate this cesspit will be around much longer.

      Cons

      There's a new time off policy being implemented. If you currently have time off available to use, you will only have one more year to roll the time over. Time off will be use or lose from now on. I could mention numerous others, but if you're a current employee, now's the time to update the resume. If your a prospective employee, look somewhere else.
