Great technology, but toxic culture and work environment

- Great team of ML engineers, very smart people. - Get to own a lot of projects and work on difficult problems.

Cons

- Extremely poor work/life balance. Toxic culture and environment. - Unrealistic expectations with projects and workload. - Very poor onboarding and training. - Lack of understanding point of view and perspective with issues, just mainly want to hear good news. - Turnover is noticeably high.

- Dedicated team - Lots of very smart people

Cons

- Terrible leadership, specifically the founder. Founder micro manages everyone, has unrealistic expectations, and wants to hear nothing but good news. - Terrible PTO policy - Longgg work hours no matter what they tell you in the interview - Lack of focus. They have a dozen major projects going on at any one point and it causes none of them to ever gain traction. - They tell you there is a process for everything and will hold you to it, until there is a process that works for you and not them.

Pros

Managers are scared of the crazy CEO so they work along side you to get work done. Turn over is high so you have potential to move up.

Cons

System they use has bugs so doesn't work properly sometimes but it will looked as your fault and stores will be duped into keeping them up. Engineering team does not build brackets with enough heads up for installation, which causes install times to go down which again will be looked as installers incompetence. CEO barely knows what he is doing so will give orders that are not feasible. CEO believes his AI system is perfect and it is employees that are not working properly even when he has over 100 bad cameras sitting in front of him that don't work and another box of brackets that don't fit.
