Pros

It will look promising only for a newcomers and not always, but the longer you will work the more dirt you will see. You can find some decent people, usually its newcomers.

Cons

- Complete ignorance of ongoing harassment's. - Gaslighting of violations by managers and compliance. - Compliance will always hide harassment and violations, no actions will be taken. The investigation process might last forever (it is even written in the policies) and with no results. - Company doesn't follow it's own policies as well as a large part of its employees and contractors. - Company sells Juniors as Middles and Seniors paying them Junior's salary but taking money as for Middle or Senior. - Performance is not appreciated and you will be punished for your hard work instead of appraisal, since most of teams are just sitting there and getting money from pockets of GL customers -its they normal work-style. Managers directly say that no one will give you an appraisal even if you will work hard if you will not beg for it (and even if there will be an appraisal it would be minimal). Or will give appraisal for their favorites. - Poorhouse, since high percentage of employees imitate work and just take money from pockets of GL customers. GL is fine with that since it gets it's profits from this money.

Pros

You can get a position that on the surface seems interesting with minimal interviewing.

Cons

On day 1 arriving at a client company, it's made very clear that you are a 2nd class citizen, made to feel like an insignificant piece of untrustworthy trash. Our weekly meetings were super awkward and almost always involved publicly berating someone on the team or casually explaining that somebody sitting in the room was being fired. The work at client sites is whatever is leftover from full employees- the least desirable tasks. It's a truly awful job experience from day 1. Only work here if you're extremely desperate.

Pros

* start up vibe if you like that kind of thing * constantly feel like leadership is building the plane while flying it

Cons

* from the beginning, they have ignore concerns about pay, including ignoring workers asking for fair pay and decent benefits * has used and continues to use dishonest third party contractor companies to pad their workforce. When this was stymied and workers who had been promised full-time employment were made FTEs, they decided to drop health benefits * rumors of utilizing woefully underpaid foreign workers on some teams * stripped overtime from lower leadership then turned around and claimed they are making millions and talked about owning pickleball courts * recently put a moratorium on social spaces for a nearly 100% remote workforce
