Closed up office in two days

Pros

Treatment model Low cost of treatment

Cons

They closed up all the offices in ohio in two days. Everyone knew something was up and yet staff and supervisors kept lying saying that we were not closing down. A few weeks later we found out we had been sold to another company. Our offices were immediately put as “permanently closed” on google before the final papers were even signed !!! Good thing the other company kept all the staff because otherwise we all would have been laid off because of their lack of research on Medicaid in the state of Ohio.

I would stay away

Pros

Honestly, the mission. I mean, who wouldn’t want to be a part of solving the Opioid Epidemic? Helping people get on their road to recovery is pretty awesome

Cons

The management team is extremely green, plays favorites, and doesn’t really seem to care about you, nor do they engage with the field. For example, the C-Suite and Executive Level doesn’t show that they care about you, are extremely aloof, don’t know very simple management skills, and if you’re not a friend of someone “high up”- especially a friend of the CEO- you won’t succeed. There are A LOT of corners cut so that management can show the board that they are growing, without caring about the people working 12-16 hours/day to make this happen. The company has definitely shifted from a flexible, fun company, to a unethical political disaster. My advice would be to stay away.

Pros

Four day work week and One work from home day, wellness days, and christmas week off.

Cons

CHANGES CONSTANTLY. Poor leadership, outrageous work loads, late nights, NO COMMUNICATION, layoffs, not enough training for new hires, no advancement opportunities, promotions and awards given to only the 'Chosen Few". VERY OVERWORKED AND UNDERPAID! This place has done it all to stay afloat. If they had better leadership and figured out a plan and stop changing things daily they may be able to keep staff. If you consider this place make sure you are a yes man or you will not survive. Sinking Ship.
