Pros

Office leader is wonderful Tax professionals are wonderful Clients are nice and caring Office is always organized

Cons

I don't think I have witnessed anything negative but sometimes when we are a little tied up and there's only 2 tax professionals, clients are forced to wait until one of the professionals are available.

Greater knowledge of income taxes, even as a Client Service Professional. Very good environment. Work with schedule for school and children.

Cons

Store managers let management go to their heads.

Pros

Schedule is very flexible, tax pros (at least my location) were very friendly and helpful.

Cons

Can be boring until it picks up about mid season, hours are limited to due hiring (what seems like) an excess of CSPs
