Pros

So long as you have a good manager and nice coworker the job is great.

Cons

Understaffing and hierarchy structure meant I was doing more work without being granted an appropriate title which led to workplace disagreements.

Pros

You gain a lot of administrative knowledge and experience while learning manufacturing skills. It is better on days when it is busy because you're multitasking with different tax documentation and front desk work.

Cons

Reduced working hours, and the company is constantly looking for a CSP because they pay so little. The budget is always too steep, despite their best workers deserving more pay. There is no real respect.
