Pros

It's fun and easy if you have good coworkers.

Cons

Systems are a mess. They have 8 months of the year to perfect them and they just......don't. Corporate has no idea what it's like to actually work in the office. They are under the impression that cold-calling people is still a good idea. They also think that customers want instant gratification when that is usually not the case. People are willing to be patient for thorough and quality service rather than fast service that is not as good as it should be.
