Pros

Slow days are the best days. If your office is slow then you can relax. If you get lucky and your co-workers and team are nice then you can ask them for help.

Cons

Sudden schedule changes, being moved to different offices through the week, and low pay. Being a customer service job means you deal with some crappy customers. Surprise visits from the higher management also tends to happen. Get ready for them to give you "treats" for your hard work instead of a bonus. You only get a bonus if you stick it out for the whole season, and that bonus? Additional cash equivalent to a shift.

Great managers, amazing co-workers, and good pay.

Cons

Sometimes they give you lots and lots of hours and other times they only schedule you for 25 - 30 hours even though you're a full-time employee.
