Pros

Such kind and fun coworkers. A really understanding staff for everyone’s individuality and personal lives. Once you get the appointment center down and are comfortable with greeting clients it can be wonderful.

Cons

Sometimes when it gets busy, clients will get upset. This tends to fall onto the client services professionals who do not have control over this. It can be stressful and frustrating.

Pros

Laid back environment as a college student there was flexibility, as employees we get our taxes done for free.

Cons

Seasonal Job, we do not receive end of season bonuses like the tax pros, no pay raise took me couple years to get a $2 raise.
