Pros

-All my coworkers were kind, helpful, understanding, and great at their job -Positive work environment -Willing to help you learn and grow -Easy to learn all your duties

Cons

-can be overwhelming at times (phone calls, clients with and without appoitnments walking in the door, retrieving documents from the back, and getting the testers set up) -If there aren't enough tax professionals and someone is late to their appointment and you get a walk in that person get the original clients appointment and if the scheduled client comes you must tell them it'll be another 5 to 10 minutes every 10 minutes which i personally didn't enjoy doing and it would make clients upset and question the point of making an appointment
