Pros

Great Learning experience, training was great, employees was so nice and sweet, opportunities to market and grow in reception experience!

Cons

It's tax season lol so the hours can go up or down. Receptionists don't get that many hours. Overall not many cons! Great company to work for!

Cons

The clients take out their anger on you when they find out their refund was directed to pay off their debts
