Pros

Good training Flexible hours Convenient locations Some nice staff

Cons

Some Senior Tax Professionals can be rude, obnoxious and unprofessional, they treat the CSP's like trash and undermine them in front of clients without hesitation! Surprised of the low pay, they have the nerve to pay CRAP especially since they make ALOT of MONEY from what the Tax Pros bring in from regular or new clients. H&R has a revolving door of employees policy and are desperate so they hire anybody, there is no loyalty!

Everyone I worked with was fantastic. Great pay. Easy to learn. Lots of training, so you know what you're doing.

Cons

I can't think of a single bad thing to say.

Pros

- Great team, manager was focused on building the business to increase sales - A learning experience in communication and thinking on your feet when working in a role with people

Cons

- A lot of "corporate needs" to be fulfilled - Not always a client service professional on staff, should have enough money to pay for one at all times
