Very flexible hours. Got along with others in my position. a pretty easy job that anyone can do

Underpaid. Was asked to participate in unethical business practices. sometimes tax pros would yell at each other

-Flexible -Not too demanding most of the time -Fairly interesting area -Fair amount of office autonomy -Interesting employees since everyone has a side job

Cons

-Can get boring -Corporate doesn't give you much useful help other than ads and banners -Pay is not good -First year tax pro have no work and don't make much money
