Pros

A challenging and fast-paced environment with strong support and in-depth training that offers valuable learning opportunities. Provides flexibility to work remotely or in-office, with clear paths for self-growth and professional development. The salary is competitive, and there is potential to earn performance-based bonuses.

Cons

The role can be overwhelming due to its fast pace and high expectations. Training is helpful, but much of the learning is self-guided, which may be tough for those who need more hands-on support. The workload is demanding, and while bonuses are available, they can be difficult to attain without putting in long hours.

Pros

Full time 40 hrs per week only jan to april. Less than 10 employees in my district work outside of that timeframe. No benefits due to seasonality. Unpaid training encouraged. Look for something better.

Cons

No benefits and seasonal employment thus high turnover. Pay on par with retail/ fast food
