Pros

The manager (Janis) at this location is awesome! She understands that life happens. She asks that you come to work on time and put forth your best effort, ask questions and be a productive member of the team. Scheduling is however you can make it work.

Cons

It is customer service based, so there are some rude customers in the office and on the phone. I saw nothing bad against H&R Block though.
