Pricing felt predatory Relatively high turnover rate

Tax Certification is considered "education" rather than training. Therefore, it's unpaid. After that, you have to pay $35 for access to their training platform for the year, which allows you to continue unpaid "education" for additional certification levels at home. With each certification level we earn, the company pays us more per return as you're able to process more complex returns, but the amount of unpaid preparation time required prior to employment each year makes this a job best suited for retired individuals or people that have a spouse capable of shouldering the bills on their own.

Bonuses left to DMs discretion so not always fare. Company leaning more toward stock holders interest instead of customers

The new way for training is not as good. In class training they had before covid was better.

tasks can be repetitive when not interacting with clients
