Pros

-There are some really incredible people that work there -Flexible policies -Decent benefits -Can have interesting work depending on the team you're on -Some people with influence try to make things better and build a culture of togetherness -Casual Approachabilty

Cons

-Petty management that is run like a high school clique -VERY little diversity. Like, whoa. Lots of cis white folks that don't understand their privilege -Lack of creativity / lack of speaking out against management due to fear of retaliation -Salary is lower than many other organizations -Product has been pieced together, and still lacks unity -High turnover rate -No clear path for professional development

Pros

Good at brainwashing an entire company!

Cons

There was a good message focused on Covid-19 in the beginning. They took some steps to ensure we were all safe, but this was just a front. They took away our salary reviews and took away our 401k match just to acquire another company during there times. Totally brain washed all of us with this. Not happy at all now! Please look elsewhere when looking for a job.

The decision to hold on salary reviews and suspend the 401k match temporarily was made to ensure we are positioned to avoid layoffs and furloughs that have occurred in many businesses during this uncertain time.
