The Management staff...they only care about themselves. They screw clients because they make us work at least 2 accounts at a min, but they bill for 40 hours...it is very unethical. The Management staff, they don't listen, and turn around and say leave if you don't like it here. The employees work very hard for next to nothing. Hirevelocity pays NO BONUSES OR COMMISSIONS. Hirevelocity pays their employees so little, it is hard to live. If you are not "favored" then you are looked down on and not really treated fairly. A terrible career move...no upward mobility because the company is going no where. It is very sad, unfortunate, and a terrible work environment. And I quote the President...If you don't want to be here, or you don't like it here...there's the door, go ahead and leave." Everyone but a few select few, who also don't care, the rest are just buying their time until a real and better job comes along.

I learned quickly that the head of my project, as well as her boss, are dishonest people. I also heard via the grapevine that a new, wonderful Recruiter I've worked with in the past was let go two weeks ago, barely eight days into her employment. RUN, don't walk to your next opportunity. Stay away from these people, as they could care less about YOU.
