Pros

As long as you worked 40 hours, it did not matter how you got them done.

Cons

Difficult to be honest with a client when you are told to tell them what they want to hear. Recruiters are not 100% dedicate to their project and they work between clients. HV is being paid double for a recruiters time while the recruiters are being paid minimally. Starting pay was $12.00 with a bonus depending on meeting your goal. Not a company that allows for growth. I can only give one star......if I could give a negative I would.

Pros

Good way to gain experience if you don’t have it already, as they typically hire people with 0 yrs of talent acquisition experience. However, they also won’t provide any sort of quality training for you to learn how to do the job before expecting you to jump right in and work at the same speed as people who have been there 6+ months. They also are a pretty diverse company which is refreshing, however, it’s also hard to know that they are vastly underpaying their diverse employees. Work life balance is pretty good IF you stay at the entry level. If you take any promotion you will be working 50+ hours a week minimum.

Cons

Low, low, low pay. Benefits aren’t horrible, not great. Time off is HORRIBLE. So unorganized, lack of good leadership, lack of training, lack of development, if you are good they will offer you a promotion quickly with little to no comp increase for triple the responsibility. They will change your job responsibilities by the day. They will also provide you with very little resources to do your job well but expect high volume numbers. Management consistently hints towards pumping out numbers instead of focusing on quality candidates. They also will lie and tell you that you will get a lot more commission a month than you actually will. If you have any sort of experience in recruiting already, RUN and find something better.

Ummm. Parking is accessible and cafe has nice staff... 5 word minimum

Cons

Have you ever wondered why/how your boss or leadership got their position? Welll, the leadership here are so inexperienced and dated it’s beyond obvious how they landed the job. Favoritism and far below average pay. Like other reviews-layoffs, gossip, benefits are a joke, and lies liessssss. .
