There is a parking structure therefore weather is not an issue when parking.

Cons

This is not a stable opportunity. All work is contract.

Remote option, relaxed dress code when onsite.

Cons

Some of the projects/contracts were terrible. They let people go due to "lack of work" and then post an ad for a new recruiter the next day. I have seen many qualified people with years of experience, not be considered for a promotion/raise due to nepotism. Its a "meantime, in-between" kind of gig, not a career move, not much room for growth.

New managers had 0 knowledge of what was going on with the recruiting for the positions.
