None except is being a fraud driven organization is a pro.

Cons

Dishonest to their clients and employees. Their selling point to overcome their negative and dishonest image is to state that poor employees respond like this. In this company's case, it is based on them being a total sham of an operation. Ask their previous employees and clients. The list of will never do business again with the company is long.

The professionalism the leadership team displays each and every day is very refreshing. We have gone through a number of changes over the past few months and there has been full transparency. Very client focused and new team in place continues to speak this message to entire company. I love the direction this company is headed and glad to be apart of the team!

Cons

We see a number of short term projects and would love to see larger deals with a longer project terms. I would also like to see a continued focus on bringing in more industry focused recruiters to provide additional expertise to the team.

We're always looking for ways to improve ourselves and provide outstanding customer service to our clients. We strive to create continuous improvements while maintaining a collaborative and transparent culture. We're very excited about our recent acquisition of BHS Hire and the outstanding leadership that has joined us. Training is one of our highest priorities, and we're currently working on enhancing our training program, which we expect to launch in the coming months. Until then, we utilize an online learning management system that has more than 3,000 courses and study guides as well as 19,000 books and articles to encourage professional and personal development. Additionally, client managers lead client-specific training on a regular basis, and we host monthly Lunch and Learn programs. We recently held a week-long training on our new Applicant Tracking System as part of Hire Velocity Academy.
