Pros

You get some terrible free food and some snacks now and then. You also get front row seat to senior officials being catty with each other and constantly one upping each other. At the Director - SVP level, most people are highly insecure and always bad mouthing each other and it is very amusing. You will learn to reach Olympian level at the assigning blame to somebody else

Cons

Run away as fast as you can unless you are starving to death. Rumor mill runs on steroids here so keep you head down. Accountants are leaving in hoards but the Chief turns a blind eye to it and keeps her eyes solidly fixed on her own bonus check

Pros

The staff that remains are made up of some of the best people I've ever worked with. They give their all to IH and genuinely care about the residents. It was a family environment in the office.

Cons

New Senior Management ruined that family environment. Everyone began despising their job and it's not an exaggeration to say that no one in the office enjoys working at IH anymore. The company has sold their soul for their bottom line.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It’s wonderful to hear about our great team members! However, we are sorry to hear that you had concerns about some of the management. It is often challenging when new leaders join the team and it can take time to become accustomed to new ways of doing things. We hope you shared your concerns to create a dialogue designed to achieve common goals. Invitation Homes is committed to creating an genuinely caring environment where our associates can thrive and we are dedicated to continuous improvement.

Pros

There are no pros to working with this terrible company!

Cons

The place is nothing more then a sweat shop that has low pay for the amount of work they want you to do. They will hire you and then expect you to do your job with no training. They are the WORSE company I have ever worked for !
