It looks like LSL finally figured out the internet exists.

Cons

If you look at the history of reviews over the last six months, it is obvious that most of them are fake and written by the same person. Doubling the amount of positive reviews in that time frame is not realistic when the company atmosphere is still as bad as ever. If you get an interview with this company, run. Do not take a job here. Any job. The fact that they have hired someone to just manage the poor company reviews online instead of trying to fix the terrible company work conditions and culture should tell you everything you need to know about this company. If you have a passion for healthcare, take your talent elsewhere.

I can't think of anything too great except for getting to know the residents.

Cons

Everyone I was working with was always so stressed, probably due to the low pay they offer for the work demanded.

Terrible Management; Neglect

Pretty decorations, Really nothing else

Cons

Residents were often extremely neglected. Upon arriving for my shift, I would answer a call light and be told by a family member it had been ringing for an hour. One day we had a new resident and for the first few weeks she was there the staff would forget to wake her up and take her to breakfast, shower her etc, and her family quickly moved her out.
