Individual community is awesome , corporate are horrible people

Corporate is full of crap they cut hours and don't care about there workers or the residents they are supposed to take care of they cut hours and pay to the bare minimum of state requirements which does not allow the residents to be properly cared for they walked in the community and completely ignored the residents there only concern is making money and the way the building looks they are a morally corrupt company and deserve to be striked against their faulty business practices

At Legend Senior Living, we follow these best practices of the industry, and we do flex hours and staffing based upon the current needs of residents. Great Residents, Good Pay, Beautiful Facility

Cons

Corporate micromanages these facilities making it impossible to enact change and improvements. The quality of food served has steadily deteriorated and we throw more food away than is consumed. Despite constant feedback from staff & residents, corporate refuses to allow facility management to improve food quality. These seniors pay dearly to live at The Windsor and they are not being heard despite their constant cries. I continually watch as their weights decline due to unsatisfactory nourishment; the majority of their calories consumed come from deserts to fill their bellies after an inedible meal. Another issue is the safety precautions at Windsor. There is no personal banding assistance system to allow residents to call for help when they fall or are unable to reach the wall pulls. Residents have been severely injured during falls and if they cannot be heard crying out for help they receive no assistance. This is all covered up and I long for the day when a substantial lawsuit happens to finally scream into the ears of senior management.
