The community staff was nice to work with, and meeting new residents was enjoyable.

Cons

Upper management (Regional and above) does not know how to manage their employees. They do not encourage, they make some underhanded, shady decisions, and do not value the good employees they have, which causes them to leave. They constantly beat down their associates and do not reward any positive improvement, only point out the negative. Do not ever work for this company. They do not pay well and it is not worth the stress.

They violate Residents' Rights

Lovely Decor @ the Windsor.

Cons

They violate their Residents' Rights, if they are not mentally sound enough to complain and be believed by family members. DO NOT EVER put a family member in one of these places! They are constantly understaffed and overwork the staff they do have. I've never worked at a place that had such a high turnover for nurses in all of my 20 year career!

Negative star!!! Workplace bullying at its worst!

There's one Resident Director that really cared for their residents and employees. She was the best employee, really adhere the mission and vision of the Legend Senior Living of Windsor at Ortega. She was very compassionate and professional. She listens and make changes if there's injustice. Because of her, the Ortega Legend were its best.

Cons

That Resident Director resigned! Huge employee turnover. Don't waste your time applying, you'll leave within a year or less than that, if you're lucky. Unless you are included to the group of employees that stayed longer because they became the bullies, you'll be alright. These are group of one color and will try to deceive you that they observe " equal opportunity" employer? Good case to win for lawyers!!!
