      Company really take care of it's associates compared with previous employers. They do really try to be open and listen to feedback presented to them.

      Cons

      Most jobs deal with working with the public and the stressors that come with that.

      Great culture, they go above and beyond for employees. They actually listen to you and ask you what your opinion is on ways that they can improve.

      Cons

      Pulling up policy in the software is kind of messy.

      Busier Work Periods: Growth can bring more tasks, like managing new member accounts or loans, which may occasionally mean a busier schedule or extra hours. Adapting Systems: As the credit union expands, some processes or tools may take time to catch up, causing minor hiccups until new systems are fully in place.
