Pros

Fully paid health insurance, PTO

Cons

Horrific work environment, management is unresponsive to anything but positive feedback and continue to increase workloads, cut benefits, threaten to cut them further, they promise opportunities for growth but only a single one of my team mates got a promotion in the 3 years I’ve been here, culture constantly gets worse as leadership makes decisions solely to make more money, continues to buy banks instead of investing anything in employees, blames us for being burnt out and expects us to come up with the solutions to that (which cannot include any changes by management), exodus of senior employees and only entry level positions are available for employees to bid for, eliminated all management development opportunities, eliminated DEI as a pillar of their culture to get approval for a merger and fired people who spoke out. Low pay with no opportunity for a raise over 3%, toxic management, management constantly brags that they’re “the best” and “not like other places” but provide 0 support and railroad unhappy employees out.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate hearing about your experience, including the aspects you valued, such as health insurance and PTO. We recognize that periods of change can impact the employee experience, and we’re continuing to invest in helping our leaders effectively navigate and communicate through those changes, given how important that is to our teams. But the experience you describe is not what we would want for anyone. To support employee growth and development, we offer several leadership development programs and tuition reimbursement. As of May 2026, our internal fill rate is 45%, reflecting our commitment to internal mobility. We appreciate your perspective and the contributions you made during your time here. Your feedback will be shared with the appropriate teams as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the employee experience.

The people are cool

Pros

Met a lot of really cool people and had some great friendships start. They also cover health insurance which can also be a con…see below.

Cons

Literally everything else. Cant move up or around besides lateral moves that will leave you pigeon holed in the same salary cap consistently. No matter how “experienced” you are. No actionable feedback so you’re left feeling stuck at your current role. Pay is actually WAY lower than they list. They list the total compensation package which is fine…but they make it seem like a position is making 90k a year when in reality it’s closer to 35-40k a year. I was there for over 3 years and barely made over $21 an hour. The raises were pitiful. But told “We’re lucky we work for a company that is even giving raises!” Like I care what other companies are doing when I work here… Restructuring consistently fatigued front line employees because there’s absolutely no consistency and lots more turnover over than what you’d think. Constantly gloating on an old award from 5-7 years ago and riding off that coattail. Back then, it might have actually been a great place to work. Also, the hours suck. Working every other weekend, long day shifts and working 10 hours on Fridays is terrible.

Thank you for sharing your experience and taking the time to provide such detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear that you were able to build meaningful relationships and connections with colleagues during your time with us, as fostering a strong sense of community is something we value. Regarding compensation, we value pay transparency in recruiting, and each position we post includes details around the expected pay for the role. Current employees can also find our pay ranges on our internal HR portal and consult with their HR business partner. We also evaluate our pay annually and benchmark against the market as part of our ongoing efforts to remain competitive. As an organization, we continue to focus on supporting our leaders in navigating and communicating change effectively, recognizing the importance this has on the overall employee experience. While not every role or structure will work for every individual, we appreciate honest perspectives that help inform opportunities for improvement. Thank you for the time and effort you contributed during your tenure, and we wish you success in your next chapter.
