Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. We take concerns about workplace culture and management seriously, as creating a respectful and supportive environment is a top priority. While we’re glad you found value in our benefits, we recognize that customer service with members of the public is challenging and not for everyone. Thank you for your time at MSUFCU.

Pros

Benefits reel people in only to make them unhappy

Cons

Each person has a different answer for the same question - training is not adequate. Updates and changes are made constantly so nobody really knows how to do things the currently correct way. Branch employees are constantly on their phones or chatting on teams while members are waiting in the lobby to be helped. Additional work is always piling up due to traffic and lack of employees. You're asked to sell products and services to every single member while members complain they waited 20 minutes to be helped - I was told this wouldn't be a sales position when I was hired in. What on earth is the point in remodeling a building that the majority of the people who work in - work from home???

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad to hear you value the medical benefits and hybrid work arrangements we offer. One of the resources we provide is our Employee Assistance Program, Encompass, for employees to get support for stress management and other emotional and mental health issues. Our employees’ mental health is very important to us, and it is important for us to hear feedback such as yours so we can work to provide support and empathy for our employees during challenging times. As an ever-evolving company, we encourage employees who do not feel like they’re in a good position for them to consider other internal opportunities when they become open. In order to explore this form of growth, we encourage our employees to utilize our tuition reimbursement benefits and participate in our shadow program to explore areas of interest. Thank you again for sharing your experience. We will take this feedback to leadership to try to improve the employee experience in the call center.
