Pros

Great place to be if you're middle management or higher. Work-life balance is pretty good, though that's heavily dependent on what team you're on (some managers can be very micro-manage-y)

Cons

Pay is grossly uncompetitive, especially at the lower levels. Once you become eligible for annual bonuses (read: senior level positions and above), it becomes a much nicer place to work. Industry as a whole is very ancient, UI feels like it's from the 90s.

A few bright people to work with, decent pay and benefits, nice facility.

Cons

Complete train wreck in APD division. Upper management incompetent and arrogant beyond belief. Once a thriving department now completely destroyed due to mismanagement. Lost every battle in the marketplace. Some good concepts but nothing executed.
