If you want to move up in the company, or be hired as a Key Holder, be born a male. Otherwise, there's either no room to move up, or they'll find a way to fire you. Woman owned but not woman ran. Every higher up I've ever talked to has been a man. They have no women, at least not in Pennsylvania. Honestly, don't even apply unless you're desperate and willing to work for 14$/hr (maybe commission if they feel like giving it to you). Also, GMs are expected to be the fixers of all. So don't expect DSI to run and help when something is broken. They are not willing to pay for that.
Karen is completely out of the loop of what goes on and even when she knows, she doesn't care. What she DOES care about is if your shirt is tucked in. I know right? Worst thing that could ever happen!!
Please stop flaunting your woman owned business until you're ready to actually step up and help women in your company move up.
