Toxic culture. Disorganized management. Poor compensation. No reviews or pay raises. GMs expected to work a minimum of 55 hours a week. They’re on their third or fourth round of corporate staff in 4 years. Frequent turnover in the field. Employees treated as just a means to an end. They eliminate positions on a whim. Communication is awful. If you have even an ounce of self-respect, don’t work here. They will make all sorts of empty promises to get you in the door and deliver on none of them.
