Pros

- some excellent colleagues (depends greatly on the team you are in) - 50% discount on full price apparel - great location

Cons

- Constantly launching new initiatives that aren't followed through - Poor compensation in relation to skill level and experience - Company is constantly thinking of ways to delay/push back the review process and reviews are only for the benefit of Senior Management to check it off their list - No transparency around how to obtain career growth or increase in pay - HR willfully ignores the most obvious concerns of employees and almost never provides a straight answer - Substantial percent of the workforce comes from an extremely privileged and rich background which probably is a factor into why raises are given so rarely (they do not live off of their Moda salary) - No formal training in place

Pros

Only thing good about the company was the discount.

Cons

Working at Moda was seriously a joke. Never have I worked in a company where management looked down at those for voicing their thoughts and concerns. No real leadership skills from any one on the management team and no one took responsibility, only passed the blame when something went wrong. The company hired a bunch of people from Tesla and assumed that was going to fix the company motto and give it a fresh feel, all that did was drag the company down faster. I mean, how do you hire tech people to run a fashion focus company? Working here is also very cliquey. If you're a person of color, you are automatically looked down at and deemed less than. Lack of growth opportunities. Favoritism. The pay didn't even match the level of work done.

This is not where you want to be right now

Pros

Benefits, discount, people who work there, company culture, diversity

Cons

The company just laid off 40+ people because all the CEO cared about were his own goals instead of what was right for the company and the employees. Not to mention the salaries are extremely low and there is no room for growth. At one point employees at the company were split up in multiple buildings where the working conditions were even more disgusting.
