During the three years at Netscout, mostly I was given the same tasks. No discussion was held regarding further growth opportunities or what I could, or liked to do, no conversation relates to career advancement, either.

Pros
Good pay, good benefits, and extreme reluctance to do layoffs. It's hard to get fired from Netscout without seriously screwing up.
Cons
The parent company (in Westford, MA) is not good at retaining engineering talent, so you likely won't be working with "best of the best" engineers or anywhere close. Also, their engineering processes are severely broken to the point of creating a lot of quality issues, extra work, resource waste, and general headache.
