Pros

Remote work. Wonderful people. Work/life balance.

Cons

Leaders have lost their way, so how are they supposed to guide the Associates? NRC has always claimed to have a "flat" organizational structure, but they no longer value input from employees. They've made it clear by their actions that nobody should challenge anything management says, or they'll be ostracized or forced out. They do not live their stated mission of Human Understanding. Until that changes, nothing else matters.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand our Growth Team restructure was a challenge for many, but ultimately the best way to move forward to provide the best experience for our customers. Our quarterly associate engagement survey is designed to gather transparent feedback from our associates while encouraging honest, open dialogue amongst associates and leaders. We’re sorry if you felt ostracized or forced out, as that is not the intent of providing honest feedback. Thank you again for your review, and please contact associateexperience@nrchealth.com if you would like to provide additional comments.

Pros

Unfortunately, not too many. Notice all of the job postings; the company isn't expanding; it's replacing those leaving in droves.

Cons

The company wants to function like Google but doesn't have the processes, tools, or leaders to accomplish it. Instead, belittles employees who try to make things better. Leadership doesn't feel there is anything wrong with their lack of vision and knowledge and instead says, "it's my company if you don't like it get out." Customers feel the brunt of the chaos, and what was once a service-focused company is now focused on putting bandaids on broken promises. If all of your passionate and dedicated employees are saying the same things, it's time to listen. Employees believe in human understanding, it's time you did too.

Thank you for your feedback. We are growing and adding new roles to the organization, so job postings are not solely due to attrition. We have focused associates and really believe in human understanding. We are sorry to read that you felt this was not the case, but do wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Sadly, the cons outweigh the pros at this juncture.

Cons

There is currently no work life balance for those who strive to do a good job. If you bring it to the attention of leadership it's brushed off and you are reminded of the very aggressive goals. There is no sense of empathy or interest in listening to associates by current leadership. Too many good people are leaving. Salaries for new associates are far higher than existing. No reward for being loyal.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to read that you feel that way. I know we as a company strive to have a strong leadership team and help our associates to grow and be successful. We encourage open and honest feedback and take the thoughts and opinions of the associates very seriously. We encourage you to have conversations with your Manager or reach out to the Associate experience team. Thank you again for your feedback!
